Dr. James DiLorenzo
Chairman, Chief Technical Operations Officer
With 30 years of experience in semiconductors, military and commercial wireless electronics, DiLorenzo formerly served as President and COO of electronics equipment manufacturer Signal Technology. Prior to that, DiLorenzo was General Manager of Raytheon's Microelectronics Division. DiLorenzo was also the VP of R&D at the semiconductor division of Siemens and a Director at AT&T Bell Labs
Ralph Pini
President and CEO
Prior to Paratek, Ralph worked at Motorola for 30 years in various technical and managerial roles. His most recent position at Motorola was as Senior Vice President and CTO of the Wireless Personal Communications Sector. Ralph was responsible for the R&D activities related to all wireless technologies and creating value for the company and growth through pioneering innovation, visible technology leadership, and intellectual property development. Ralph was also a major contributor in the creation of many of the iconic wireless devices like the MicroTac, StarTac and Razr to name a few.
Tom Lambalot

Tom has joined Paratek with broad experience in business development, operations management and general management at both large and venture-backed companies. Before joining Paratek, Tom was President & CEO of SmartLink Radio Networks; Envoy Networks; and Filtronic Comtek.
Dr. James Oakes
Chief Technology Officer
With nearly 30 years in commercial wireless, semiconductor and military electronics businesses, Oakes directed Raytheon's commercial handset products business. Oakes is an expert in microwave design and GaAs wafer processing.

David Laks

Dave has over 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry leading engineering, manufacturing and business development teams addressing commercial wireless and medical electronic markets. He was most recently the General Manager of Anaren Ceramics.
Keith Manssen
Vice President of Engineering - Wireless Products
A 22 year veteran of Motorola, Keith brings an extensive background in wireless technologies. During his career at Motorola, he held increasingly responsible positions in the cellular subscriber and automotive sectors, working on a variety of handset platforms including the MiniTAC and MicroTAC series of analog products, the first 3 volt GSM family of phones and the StarTAC series. Then as Senior Director of Advanced Technology and Product Platform Engineering, he started Motorola's 3G product group. He also managed the GPS and transceiver businesses in the Telematics Products group. In 2002, Keith left Motorola and has worked with several start-ups, including most recently, as Vice President of Engineering for Xindium Technologies.

Mendolia, previously Executive Vice President at E-Tenna Corporation and Director of Ericsson Mobile Phone Advanced Technology Division, leads Paratek’s commercial product development and market entry strategy.
Dr. Louise Sengupta
Founder and CEO Emeritus
Primary inventor of Paratek’s core technology, the electronically tunable ParaScan™ material, Sengupta has spent 15 years in the ongoing research and development of advanced materials science. Sengupta has led the design and development of advanced military electronics and smart scanning antennas based on ParaScan™. She currently holds 40 patents with an additional 55 filed. |
