To reach Paratek in Nashua, New Hampshire:
From Manchester Airport, use Route 293. Proceed on Route 293 to the Everett Turnpike heading south. This is a toll road ($0.75). Once in Nashua, take Exit 5E, toward downtown Nashua. This is also Route 111. After passing back over the Turnpike, you will be on Kinsley Street (also called Route 111). Proceed on Kinsley, passing St. Joseph Hospital on your right. At the next traffic light, take a LEFT onto Pine Street. Stay on Pine Street as it crosses West Hollis Street. Continue on Pine Street, through the 4-way intersection, and watch for the tall 'MILLYARD' smokestack. Head toward this landmark by continuing onto Technology Way. Technology Way wraps around the Millyard Technology Park to parking in the rear. Driving time from Manchester is about 30 minutes.

From Boston, proceed on Route 93 North. After 10.7 miles, head SOUTH (toward Waltham) on Route 95 (also known as Route 128). Proceed on Route 95 for 5 miles to the junction of Route 3 North. Once on Route 3, proceed approximately 26 miles--into New Hampshire--and bear to the right as you approach Exit 5E toward downtown Nashua. Take Exit 5E at the Audi/Porche dealership and merge onto Kinsley Street. Proceed on Kinsley, passing St. Joseph Hospital on your right. At the next traffic light, take a LEFT onto Pine Street. Stay on Pine Street as it crosses West Hollis Street. Continue on Pine Street, through the 4-way intersection, and watch for the tall 'MILLYARD' smokestack. Head toward this landmark by continuing onto Technology Way. Technology Way wraps around the Millyard Technology Park to parking in the rear. Driving time from Boston is about 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic.

To reach Paratek in Crystal Lake, Illinois:
From the City of Chicago or O'Hare Airport, take Route 90 heading west, toward Rockford. Proceed on Route 90 for approximately 18 miles (after O'Hare) and take the RANDALL RD exit. Take the ramp toward CRYSTAL LAKE/GILBERTS, staying on N. Randall Road for about 8.5 miles. Take a LEFT onto McHenry (N. Randall becomes Rakow Road at this point) followed by a RIGHT onto Dartmoor. Take a LEFT onto Coventry Lane and follow for about 1 mile. Paratek is on the LEFT, roughly across from Ladd Park.
